Dinner at Koba

Met up with J, my primary school classmate, for dinner last night! Haven't met her for so long (like since graduation actually D: ) and she happened to be in London yesterday so yay :) We decided to try Koba near Charlotte Street for Korean food since we wanted to have Asian food haha. It wasn't that crowded when we went, probably cause it was off-peak hours so their service was quite fast.

We ordered the Kalbi (barbecue beef) and the Yookhwei Dolsot Bibimbap, which is steamed rice with raw beef and vegetables in a Korean hot stone pot, and tea. There weren't much choices since the both of us don't take spicy haha but we were happy with our orders! The food came really quickly and they helped us to load the food onto the barbecue plate and also mixed the rice for us so we didn't get a photo of the bibimbap before it got all mixed together. But the meal was so good haha I would definitely want to go back again!

After dinner we walked to Chinatown for Boba Jam, then waited for a cab in the rain as J had to get to the train station and the tube lines were closed, but we both got back safely in the end! Hope the weather will be nicer next time :( But on a happier note, the sun is setting later and the days are getting longer now!
