Summer

I should really be sleeping now argh I have work tomorrow and it's the eve of a public holiday :( But so much have been going on LOL I feel like I need to record down everything before I forget them!!

Really unexpected good news this morning haha just as I was almost giving up hope ... Hoping for the best sigh I really want this to go well. Also went to submit my passport today for the visa so hopefully everything should be sorted soon. I had off days yesterday and today, and spent some quality time with my sis (HAHA). Went skating today and I had much better balance than Saturday omg Idk what was wrong with me that day I kept tripping over the toe picks!! But today I could (almost) do proper crossovers. Still need to improve and I cannot do them on the other side LOLLOL like I can never lift up my right foot Idk why. Am working the rest of the week (for 4 consecutive days) so I don't think I'll have time to skate anymore this week :(

Anyway I've been buying so much stuff from TS LOL it's really damn bad but I'm loving all my buys!!! Finally got a denim jacket thanks to Clare hahaha been thinking about getting one since London and now they have this new one in black washed denim so I gave in ... I haven't tried the light denim yet but I feel like that one would match better with clothes??? Idk I think I'll try tmr LOL omg my $$$. And I bought 2 pairs of black pants hahaha at first I only wanted one but then I tried on the other one by mistake and omg it was so nice. Anyway they'll be useful. And I'm still waiting for my Brandy DE orders to arrive omg sian what happened to no buy this summer .........

Okay no wonder it feels like I've worked so short it's only been 11 days LOL but I'm clocking 4 more consecutive days this week ahaha okay work is fun clothes are nice!!! But sometimes Idk if I should be doing more for my summer .........

Life is good. Life is busy. But I feel like something is incomplete, I feel like I've forgotten something.

Back on ice

Went to skate the evening sesh and a bit of disco with the sis tonight. Am so glad that my ankle is slowly recovering and I feel so much more at ease with figure skates now after not having skated at all for the past 9 months ... And I've forgotten all the stuff like cross overs and everything sigh need to relearn again I know it's technically supposed to be muscle memory but balance isn't exactly something you can get back that quickly. Also mega bad luck with stairs continue and I fell again today and injured my tailbone ugh. It was so stupid because I didn't even fall on ice but on land wtf ... It was right before disco and I had my phone so I meant to put my phone back in case I fell and landed on my butt then in the end I fell before I even got back on ice when I was descending the stairs. The back of my skates got caught on the edge of a step and so I kind of flew down again and landed on my tailbone. This is the 2nd time I've fallen on stairs while coming down in less than 2 months ugh I think I should just avoid stairs from now on -_- the only good thing was that I was wearing skates so that prevented me from spraining my ankle again but still my tailbone hurts like crazy argh.

Anyway on Friday I went to the France embassy to enquire about my visa docs and also on the same day the accoms side got back to me so most of the stuff are now sorted! Very thankful for the efficiency on their side I strongly believe it must be under the German influence or something haha. Then went to Raffles City and I bought stuff from Topshop's sale AGAIN T_T I really need to stop accumulating clothes the amount of clothes I own is absolutely disgusting. But okay. Also went to check out the sale at Knightsbridge but didn't really find anything haha so I went back home relatively early. My stamina has long disappeared lol I can no longer withstand long hours of shopping but I gues that's probably a blessing in disguise. Didn't do much today, ordered some stuff from BM Germany, fell asleep in the afternoon (what's new) then went to skate. And now I'm back and really hungry with an aching tailbone and I have work tmr. Had to reschedule my Monday shift Idk if it'll be approved but hopefully yes ... Ah shit I just realised I should've just requested to start later or something argh but I don't wanna be going back and forth from town to home. DK will sort it out tmr when I go.

Work 3

Basically my life revolves around work now LOL. Don't have much to say but I'm just really really enjoying work for once omg!! Except when there's nothing to do then I start feeling super sleepy and yawning ... I mean there's only so many times you can rearrange the hangers neatly LOL. Also am really liking the fact that I get to wear all my TS clothes to work hehehe despite them from being past seasons because I cannot afford anything at regular price ... Think the only stuff I've ever bought at full price was the MOTO Aztec shorts, the flag shorts (only because ANZ days = rich days), the lilac tartan skirt (£36!!!) and some basic Jersey tops but those had bundle discounts too. And someone asked about my Rosa shorts today and it was a good thing they still have it in store hehe. Anyway HX came to visit today and just nice my deployment was at entrance so woohoo!!

In other news I also had some pretty good news ytd which I was really pleased about! Then I spent the whole night worrying about my French visa thing because the earliest appointment they could give me ytd was like 2 weeks later. It turned out to be futile worrying in the end because this morning when I checked some appointments had freed up so I was able to change my appointment much earlier. Still v confused over the documents and stuff because I don't have some of the documents I mean UCL just doesn't issue the same docs as NUS and all so ugh ... And like address and stuff. Basically, the letters and the address. Am going to try to sort them out tomorrow and hopefully things will go smoothly.

Sigh it's like 30% of my summer break has already passed and I haven't even done ANYTHING proper yet and I still have so many people to meet omg :( This summer is honestly way too short T_T There are still so many things I want to do like I want to skate more and I want to work longer and I want to spend more time reading and just about a million things I want to do but I don't have the time. Also I really need to faster sell my stuff before I go back. Sighzzz.

Oh and I finally gave in ytd and bought stuff from Topshop's sale. I kept thinking the sale was really bad but I guess it was just cause I didn't see the nice items before that!!! I went to the Topshop outlet at JEM after skating and omg they had like so much more stuff and nicer too like the patchwork crop that I'd been eyeing since months ago. Bought the crop, my burgundy Joni jeans and a black formal blazer in the end. I really like the black blazer and I do need one too the only annoying part is that it doesn't have buttons so it's like an open blazer but the cutting is super nice and slimming!! Then afterwards I rushed over to meet Janice to collect my brandy stuff omggg so super happy with all the stuff I bought!!! Will probz do a proper review once I have time which is going to be a long time later. But basically I freaking love everything like all my new eve shorts and my Belle dress and the new tie dye Jada and my baby blue Sofia tank and even the scrunchies!!!!

Okay that's about all my life isn't v interesting but things have been going well this week and I really just need everything to continue this well please. x
